Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@avreind.com to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.  For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@avreind.com with details of the product and the defect.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for defective items.
