If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@avreind.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your original order number and state your reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.
- For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
- Shipping costs and for international orders, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@avreind.com with details of the product and the defect.
- We will provide a replacement or refund for defective items.
